This was one of my absolute favorites. I don't even know how many bottles of this I used. It made my oily skin feel so good and really controlled the shine I loved it.... and then they quit making it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Arrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhh!

This actually belongs to my mom, but I've used it many times. It feels a little greasy when it goes on, but that goes away after a couple minutes. After a few minutes, my skin feels really soft, but I don't think this is actually very moisturizing. It has a nice scent (the typical Biore one) and it's very light, but I need something heavier for my dry skin.

I got this on sale in Zellers for I think around $2 or $3...my T-zone area gets really shiny after around 3 hours...anyways, I put this on right after I shower and it feels really good on my skin. Whenever I use this, my T-zone doesn't get shiny until after maybe 4-5 hours. It's a great moisturizer nonetheless. Would buy again if I find it on sale again but not on its normal price.

This was definately NOT as the title suggests! It was watery, greasy and the grease stuck to my face. It made me look shinier than I was if I hadn't used it. As for moisturising.. it sat on the top of my skin and did nothing.
I can see why it got discontinued. The texture was literally like cottage cheese!

I loved this moisturiser! I'm super oily and after using I don't get that greasy look and feeling like I do with other moisturisers. It's not heavy, it smells nice and IT WORKS! So sad that it got discontinued =( If I can find it I will definately stock up!

Don't expect this to have any shine control properties... but if you're searching for a lightweight delicious-smelling moisturizer that won't clog your pores, look no further! I have skin that can be clogged by 90% of the products out there in the market, and this is the PERFECT moisturizer when I don't need anything heavy duty to fix dry flakes. It sinks into the skin in a matter of seconds and leaves no sticky residue. Love the pump dispenser as well (I plan on keeping the bottle and refilling it with some other cream afterwards.) Will rebuy over and over again :)

So sad it got discontinued.

Apparently it was like, $4. But there was this strange, $3 off coupon on it... very strange because it looked like somebody ripped it off something then put it on that product, LOL.
Anyhow, so it was really cheap so I got it.
It works alright, and I absolutely love how its in a mini pump bottle.
I take this with me everywhere, and when I need some quick moisturizing, or I sleep over at a friend's house, this stuff is always handy! :)
Too bad I think I lost it... (VERY VERY sad about that!)
): But anyways, the only downside about it is that you can use it up really fast because one pump usually isn't enough.
Your skin still feels a little dry after a pump, so usually you need about a pump and a half.
(Trust me, if you have a face like mine and don't use more than a pump, your skin will dry out)
Also, if you put too much product on, your skin will get oily. So use properly, and you will love it just like I did. (Until I lost it)
I bought the Biore Pore Perfect Minimizing Lightweight Moisturizer for $2.99 at some cheap store. (Not expired, thank gosh!)
Let's hope this stuff can take the place of my other one. :)

Do you know how awful it is to know that something that finally got my oily skin to calm down, got discontinued? I'm so sad and I even wrote Biore a letter to tell them how sad I was andthey assured me there other products would do the same thing, but I don't believe it. I haven't had to use oil blot clothes in weeks since using this product and my skin has never looked healthier. =) Would buy again, if i could find it anywhere =(

When I first started using this 2 years ago it worked really great at controlling oil but after a few months it stopped working. I felt that it didn't moisturize all that well either.

Best moisturizer I've tried to date! I have very oily skin (even more so now that I'm pregnant) and this is the only moisturizer I've tried that doesn't break me out or make me oilier. Leaves my skin nice and soft, and goes well under makeup.

I did not purchase this, I got a small tube as a sample. I liked the scent (cucumber melon) when I opened the tube, but when I applied it I got an overwhelming alcohol scent. It immediately dried my skin up and left my skin tingling with an astringent tingle. I checked the ingredient list online, and sure enough, alcohol was really near the top of the list. Now, I do get oily spots, but I cannot handle putting alcohol on my face! I used it once, and will not use it again. Maybe I just don't understand the whole "shine control" thing, but I don't think the best way for me to control shine is to use this product.

I liked this moisturizer for giving a very light layer of moisture to my oily skin. As for shine control, no, it didn't work at all. Also, if you have any flakies, it doesn't help with those. I did repurchase this, but I have stopped using it. It was a good summer moisturizer, but I think there is better out there.

I didn't think this would control any shine at all (after being disappointed so many times with shine control products, I learned not to expect much) but I was wrong! This moisturiser is very light, but it still leaves my skin surprisingly soft. It also controls shine for a few hours which is WAY better than anything else I've ever tried. It doesn't keep shine at bay all day but I don't think anything can. It doesn't clog pores, doesn't feel heavy and isn't greasy. Love the packaging. One lippie off for the cucumber/watermelon smell which I don't really like.
UPDATE: I will not repurchase this as I really dislike the scent.

I bought this moisturiser not quite for the shine control as for the lightweigth texture and lovely smell it has. Of course, for the moisturising effects and because it's non-comedogenic.
I love this product, it's so light, it doesnt sit on my face like other products do, it absorbs quickly. You just cant feel it on after it's been applied. I hate the greassiness and richness other products have. I just feel they make me oily ( and I dont have oily skin, I have dry skin ) .
It leaves skin with a nice matte finish, balancing the oils or any shine you might have. The smell is divine! Fruity-melony i would describe it. Some people dont like their face products to be fragranced but I love it when I find one of these products , just makes my day brighter.
In my oppinion, good for all skin types, even if your oily,combo,sensitive or dry . It doesnt give break-outs... Loving it!

This did not control shine and made me oilier then when I didn't use it. I still have almost a whole bottle left!
It absorbed nicely into the skin, but holy crap! After a few hours I looked like I rubbed a stick of butter on my face.
Crap in a bottle is what this is.

I like this moisturizer because it doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky after you apply it so you can easily apply makeup over it. I'm not exactly sure if it controlled oil on my face, but it would feel weird later...like it was working so hard to keep the oil from coming out that the oil was fighting against it and your skin couldn't breathe. Something like that! It made me feel prickly later on, not my skin texture, but how it felt. I'm not sure how to explain it! I do like the moisturizer because it's really light, but it made my skin feel weird too. Also, I bought it for around 7 bucks, but the bottle is really small, just 1.7 fluid oz.

Not really good for controlling my oil but fantastic as a light moisturizer under makeup. Not too heavy. Goes on water so it seems like you will need to use a lot more, but within like 5 seconds after it absorbs you realize that its very moisturizing. A little goes a long way. Smells refreshing too.

I have insanely oily skin, but this really keeps it bay, especially in my T-zone.
The bottle seems small, but you only need a tiny amount. 2 little pumps for the whole face.
I have to agree about the smell. It's very strange, but it doesn't last. Just the initial WOW melon...is intimidating.
Great for oily skin, but not dry skin. I always use it on my forehead, even if the rest of my skin is dry.
It just gives a great velvet feel to your skin. I use it on my eyelids as an eyeshadow primer. Works great!

I liked this product. It has a distinct melon smell that isn't overpowering. The moisturizer itself gave my skin a satin-like texture, and it did make my skin soft.
However.. if you're skin is flaking at all.. it will do NOTHING for them! If you're going to use this product, and you have flakes, then you should definately use a stronger moisturizer on the flakey areas.

Why do you guys like this moisturizer? Theres nothing special about it,

Products: its just a regular moisturizer that smells good, thaTS all, it DOES NOT control shine, especially when i have makeup on
Note: if you have combination skin, sensitive, or dont really have a big issue with sebum production, then go head this is an ok moisturizer for you
